Initial Franchise Fee
The initial franchise fee is a low, (USD) $20,000 per office*.
*Note: Including you, if you manage the office, contract terms permit only five (“5”) total employees per location for maximum effectiveness and output. You determine your own configuration but no more than 5 personnel to an office.
Net Worth Requirement
Low barriers to entry in terms of net worth are available on a case-by-case basis if verified assets are invested elsewhere. Liquid capital requirements normally begin at (USD) $150,000.
Veteran Incentives
A generous twenty-five percent (“25%”) discount off royalty fees is available for U.S. military Veterans of the United States Armed Forces with a verifiable “Honorable Discharge”*.
*Membership fees are excluded from the Veteran discount. This discount is per consultant appointment type block.
Royalty Fee
1) $33/$66/$99 per consulting appointment block, depending on the appointment type.
2) All membership fees, e.g., “initial” or “monthly”.
3) Calissistants membership.
Ad Royalty Fee
Advertising royalty fees are the adjustable fee of 15-20 percent of previous month gross sales depending on the advertising market prices at any given interval. As per the contract, these funds will be deducted each month.
Term of Agreement
1) Franchise Agreement term length is ten (“10“) years.
2) Option to renew if franchise membership is in good standing.
3) This is per franchise office (5 personnel).
4) Office means remote/or hybrid location but we prefer a co-work facility at minimum.
5) Multiple offices can be managed from a single location or address, e.g., to serve a larger market with multiple offices from a central hub.
6) All offices are paid once a month, on the last business day of the month (Monday-Saturday) excluding Sunday.
7) No office is permitted to be open on Sunday unless an emergency requires office personnel to consult on a Sunday.
